In 2014, the city of Remscheid celebrates its 85-year existence as a city. Under the patronage of the mayor, the Remscheid City Marketing department has planned a large initiative in Remscheid this year - the Remscheid Lion Parade! In the past, a few cities in Germany have carried out similar initiatives of this type with overwhelming success.

At this point, we would like to introduce to you our lion - Leo II.

For many years already, we have been using the Vitruvian Man as a symbolic figure. We already gave it the name "Leo" many years ago. The Vitruvian Man is considered a sign of the special aesthetics of the well-formed human. Here, we also see the Mountain Lion in a figurative sense. Its majestic figure is also an expression of aesthetics, strength and endurance. In many cultures, the lion has assumed the position of "king of the animals". In order to underline his noble form visually and to give him a special appearance, we decided to give him a reflecting surface. In naming the lion, we orientated ourselves on the intra-company name of the Vitruvian Man, to whom the lion is not inferior in anything when it comes to aesthetics: Leo II was born.

Two new lorry semi-trailers that have been on the road for a few weeks are a real "eye-catcher" in road traffic. On a 42 m² surface area, they present our NovaPED exclusive sandals. The individually tailor-produced NovaPED exclusives can be seen in 48 different colour combinations. With this initiative, we would like to support you in advertising for the NovaPED exclusive sandals. A real eye-catcher on German streets.
