The new stock program for actiflex Spring/Summer 2012 and Ortho Lady & Gent 2012 are now available.
The actiflex collection includes 48 women's models and 6 men's models.
The new Ortho Lady & Gent programme was divided into three product groups.
The model series "Carla" and "Dave" include the models that have already proved successful in recent years, supplemented by new colours and new cuts.
The new model series "Sonja" is based on a completely new shoelast form.
All three model series feature a exchangeable footbed.

In the running sport types jogging, Nordic walking and walking, the joints and feet are subjected to the same repetitive movement patterns for relatively long periods with loads equivalent to two or three times the weight of the body.

18. IVO Congress
One of possibly the most interesting and certainly the most remotely situated trade show is coming up from March 29th - 31st 2012 in Sydney, Australia. Next year, the IVO Congress is due to be held Down Under. The aim of the congress will be to bring together the worldwide community of pedorthic/orthopaedic shoe footwear technology specialists, featuring a wide range of specialist talks, discussion groups and presentations. This is also a great opportunity for us to make new contacts overseas and refresh existing links. Several European exhibitors have already signed up in spite of the long distance.

Orthopädie + Reha Technik 2012
From May 16th 2012, the international trade show "Orthopädie + Rehatechnik" will once again be running for three days. Schein, ATeC Shoes and Ruckgaber will be sharing a stand in Hall 1. We will be presenting a wide range of innovations and new products at this leading international event.
We are already looking forward to seeing you there at our stand in Hall 1, Booth E12.

Annual Congress of the State Professional Trades Association Bavaria 2012
This year marks the 13th joint annual congress "Technical Orthopaedics", which will take place from 20 to 22 April 2012 in the Congress House in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
The congress is organized by the State Professional Trades Association Bavaria for Orthopaedic Shoe Technology. Conceptual sponsorship of the congress is shared by the VTO e.V. (Technical Orthopaedic Association), AGOS LBB (Working Group on Orthopaedic Shoe Technology, Educational Section) and ECO (European Cooperation on Orthopaedic Shoe Technology).
Here as well, the schein corporate group will be represented by a shared stand.

In May 2012 many of you will come again to Germany to visit the Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Technology fair in Leipzig. Why not combine your journey with a seminar participation in our "3rd seminar at schein"?

This will take place from Sunday till Monday in our headquarter in Remscheid. With our shuttle bus from Leipzig to Remscheid on Saturday, easy and quick access is provided. On Sunday we are offering a range of qualified lectures together with a factory tour. Get to know our production personally.

At Arab Health in Dubai, schein was represented from 23 to 26 January 2012 together with its partner company zebris. This specialist trade fair provides the ideal milieu for presentation of innovative products from schein in one of the fastest-growing and most lucrative healthcare markets in the world. The new exhibition stand concept made it possible to present even more products to interested trade fair visitors.
Numerous demonstrations convinced the visitors to the stand just how simply and effectively the SCHEINWORKS measuring systems function. Using the FDM-T system, gait and rollover analyses were performed quickly and easily. Presentation of the measurement results is in real time and a report with a summary overview of the relevant parameters requires nothing more than a mouseclick.
